Treasurer

Jeremy is a U.S. Air Force veteran with 30 years of active-duty service, where he served as a Security Forces member and First Sergeant across multiple career fields. He holds a B.A. in Social and Criminal Justice from Ashford University and an M.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Louisville.
As a young Airman and father of three, Jeremy experienced firsthand the financial challenges of pursuing higher education. Those struggles—balancing family, service, and school—sparked his passion for helping other veterans overcome similar barriers. Through Heroes-Initiative, he is committed to empowering veterans to pursue education, refine their leadership skills, and rediscover their sense of purpose beyond the uniform.
After retiring from the Air Force, Jeremy transitioned to the defense sector, where he now serves as a Security Manager supporting industrial security operations. Guided by the values of honor, gratitude, and allegiance, he applies the same servant leadership principles that defined his military career—building teams, fostering resilience, and championing continuous improvement through innovation.
Jeremy believes deeply in the organization’s promise: Built by Veterans, For Veterans. He lives by John Quincy Adams’ reminder that “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.”
