At Heroes Initiative, we are building a powerful nationwide network dedicated to supporting student success through meaningful University partnerships. By collaborating with institutions like the University of Utah and Utah State University.
We provide gap grants that help students overcome unexpected financial barriers and stay on track toward graduation.
Our mission is to expand this impact across all 50 states—creating strong bonds with universities, empowering students in need, and ensuring that financial hardship never stands in the way of educational opportunity. The map highlights the growing footprint of our partnerships as we continue to connect campuses and change lives across the country.
Our Story
Two members of our team are proud alumni of the very universities highlighted on the map, giving our mission a deeply personal connection to these campuses. Having experienced these communities firsthand, they understand both the opportunities and the financial challenges students can face. Their goal is to give back in a meaningful way—helping current students overcome gaps, stay enrolled, and succeed—just as they once did, creating a lasting impact for the next generation.
